studio banda is an independent industrial design studio based in Bali, founded by Cokorda Suryanata and Frans Sihombing. Their work explores the space between the reserved and the unexpected. Guided by curiosity, material sensitivity, and a hands-on, exploratory attitude. With close observation of the locale and a deep respect for process, the studio continually questions and refines its approach, recontextualizing craft and fabrication to uncover new possibilities in contemporary material culture.
